Undergraduate Program in Law
The Faculty of Law is located in Cevizli Campus in Kartal and actively offers a 4-year undergraduate program in law. The language of instruction in the program is Turkish. Undergraduate education (LL.B) commenced in the academic year of 2016-2017. Our Law Faculty’s mission is to train pioneering minds with the ability to observe, research and reason and to provide competence in at least one foreign language and to have problem-solving skills.
The learning method in the program is to have a limited number of undergraduate students and a great amount of practice and research. This method ensures that the students are better prepared for their legal career. Although the LL.B degree is mainly taught in Turkish, our Faculty highlights the importance of foreign language education. Most of our academicians are competent to teach in at least one foreign language. Our Law Faculty offers a variety of student clubs that enable our students to take part in social life by organizing events such as visits to official institutions such as the Constitutional Court and the Turkish Grand National Assembly, panels and conferences under the supervision of academic advisors. During career days, practitioners and students are brought together. Our Law Faculty cooperates with various universities in both Europe and Asia in education and training processes so that our students can graduate with an international vision.
